Maryland to hose down dumpsters for Duke?

In an effort to improve relations with students Prince George's County police hosted a "Welcome Back Night" event on Thursday, and according to WJZ-TV, it appears new university police chief David Mitchell will try to add a number of security measures for Cowboys jersey

For this year's Duke game or any other big celebration, the new chief of police at the university is going to do at least two things differently. He's going to ask the fire department to hose down any dumpsters to prevent fires and also talk to local bars and convenience stores and ask them to not sell anything in glass containers.
